Aksa Energy has signed a term sheet agreement with General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) on 12th of April with an aim to carry out EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) operations for the power plant to be built at the city of Tripoli with an installed capacity of 1,320 MW.
