Aksa Aksen Enerji Ticareti A.Ş, 100% power trading subsidiary of Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş., started electricity export operations to Georgia for the period between 16-31 March 2021, up to 530 MW capacity.
As part of Aksa Aksen Enerji Ticareti A.Ş.'s energy trade operations with neighbour countries, Aksa Aksen Enerji Ticareti A.Ş.'s application to Turkish Electricity Transmission Company ("TEİAŞ") and Turkish Energy Market Regulation Authority ("EMRA") regarding electricity import from Georgia up to 52.5 MW capacity for one month (between 01 June and 30 June 2021) has been approved and above mentioned import operations started as of 1 June 2021.
